Mario and Rudy Presta, founders of Franklin Properties, cut the ceremonial ribbon together with Bensenville Village President Frank DeSimone (and Village Manager Evan K. Summers) during a ceremony at 361 Marshall Road in Bensenville. This was to mark the completion of an apartment building that has 18 units. New features include one- and two-bedroom units as well as central heat and air, new kitchen equipment, 9-foot ceilings, Wi-Fi, and a laundry room on the first floor.
