About Us

Our Story

Paul and Sue Kozak founded MNJ Technologies in 2002 with a vision; to make an extraordinary difference in the lives of their stakeholders.

With decades of IT experience, they embarked on an extreme adventure to become a leading Technology Solutions Provider.

Defining success at the intersection of their three primary stakeholders: Customers, Team Members, and Strategic Partners, it became apparent that MNJ was destined to be unstoppable.

Since its inception, family values have been at the center of MNJ. The company name is inspired by the names of Paul and Sue’s children: Max, Nick, and Jake.

The strength of the Kozak family reflects in MNJ’s passion to see customers succeed.

"Relationships and trust are earned over time. MNJ has earned my respect and our business because of the way they treat us. They truly care and are interested in our needs and concerns. They listen and don't attempt to steer the conversation towards their own or a vendor's agenda."
