Sue Kozak is MNJ’s chief executive officer and co-founder. In conjunction with the president and COO, Sue is responsible for corporate growth, customer delight, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives.
Paul Kozak is MNJ’s president and co-founder. Paul’s priorities are to cast vision, allocate resources, and maintain accountability. He also leads strategic initiatives involving systems modernization and key relationship management.
Matt Ogden is MNJ’s Chief Operating Officer. Matt is widely recognized as the voice of the customer. He was, in fact, a customer of MNJ for 14 years.
Kristy Malatia is MNJ’s vice president of organizational development. She is responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, and career growth, as well as implementing employee recognition programs designed to boost employee success.
Kevin Cowan is MNJ’s vice president of sales. Kevin is responsible for developing sales strategies and tactics designed to profitably drive customer success.
As Vice President of Engineering and Service Delivery, Adam Covault plays a pivotal role in shaping MNJ’s technology vision and customer experience.
Brian Osborne is MNJ’s vice president of business development. Brian supports MNJ by directing our product management, customer success, and marketing teams in a growth-centered trajectory.
Pam Baly is responsible for our internal financials, ensuring our reports are accurate and efficient, while following updated tax laws and guidelines.
Jamie Porter is MNJ’s senior director of marketing. Jamie’s priority focus is on meeting the needs of MNJ’s customers and partners.

Sue Kozak is MNJ’s chief executive officer and co-founder. In conjunction with the president and COO, Sue is responsible for corporate growth, customer delight, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives. Sue plays a vital role in the culture development of MNJ. Sue passionately supports the advancement of women in the IT industry.
Prior to founding MNJ, Sue invested nine years at AB Distributing, with her last position being Director of Operations.
Sue holds a master’s degree in Leadership in Education from Roosevelt University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Iowa. Sue loves spending time with her family and is a passionate Chicago Cubs and Iowa Hawkeyes fan.
Paul Kozak is MNJ’s president and co-founder. Paul’s priorities are to cast vision, allocate resources, and maintain accountability. He also leads strategic initiatives involving systems modernization and key relationship management.
Prior to founding MNJ, Paul served as executive vice president of operations for CDW. Paul is a force multiplier that co-led CDW’s growth from $25M to $4B. Paul Kozak is highly regarded as an icon in the IT distribution industry.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Accounting. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, supporting Chicago athletic teams and the University of Iowa Hawkeyes.
Matt Ogden is MNJ’s Chief Operating Officer. Matt is widely recognized as the voice of the customer. He was, in fact, a customer of MNJ for 14 years. MNJ customers trust Matt for his command of IT and Digital Transformation within the context of optimized business outcomes.
Matt bridges the gap between legacy technology environments and practical future state success. He has a rare ability to meet the customer where they are and build high integrity, cost effective plans to help technology teams function better. He has even been called a CTO/CIO whisperer. His command of best practices comes from his 14+ years of experience as a leader within the Fortune 19 company – Marathon Petroleum Corporation.
Matt is a Management Information Systems (MIS) graduate from Kent State University. Matt is all about family and invests his free time into them while enjoying coaching and Disney World adventures. Matt is also an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

Kristy is a thought leader on the future of work. She has been with MNJ for over 13 years.
Prior to joining MNJ, Kristy served as director of human resources at Brentwood North Healthcare.
Kristy holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University. She is a mother of three, including twins and lives a very active lifestyle. Kristy loves her Peloton!
Kevin Cowan is MNJ’s vice president of sales. Kevin is responsible for developing sales strategies and tactics designed to profitably drive customer success. Kevin is also responsible for supporting MNJ’s sales team in a manner that helps them achieve total success. Kevin has been with MNJ for 14 years.
Prior to joining MNJ, Kevin managed a successful career as an account manager at CDW. Kevin has a wealth of experience in managing relationships with customers, sales teams, and technology vendors.
Kevin is a graduate of Purdue University. He enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit, and is an avid movie buff and aspiring reviewer.
As Vice President of Engineering and Service Delivery, Adam Covault plays a pivotal role in shaping MNJ’s technology vision and customer experience. He leads a talented team of engineering and IT experts, driving innovation, streamlining operations, and building powerful infrastructures that set the stage for long-term success.
Since joining MNJ in 2022 as Director of Engineering, Adam has been a catalyst for growth. He quickly set strategic goals that elevated MNJ’s service capabilities—expanding our Build & Config offerings and launching the PremiumCare solution to deliver even greater value to our customers.
Beyond the office, Adam enjoys spending quality time with his family and making the most of summer days at the lake.
Brian Osborne is MNJ’s vice president of business development. Brian supports MNJ by directing our product management, customer success, and marketing teams in a growth-centered trajectory. His varied background in spans engineering, entrepreneurship with two patents, service delivery, and effective leadership in many international spaces.
Brian equips our sales organization for success by managing our product management team of experts seasoned in our main service towers. By empowering our product managers and subject matter experts to seek industry-leading as well as emerging vendors, he creates a balanced ecosystem to fulfill any unique business needs. He also oversees our marketing organization, ensuring loyal vendor partnerships, impactful sales engagement, and continuous customer success and support.
Brian began his career at MNJ as Director of Product and Service Delivery in 2022 and has created a developed plan to expand our service portfolio and customer reach during his tenure. He is a fan of concerts and spending time at the beach.
As vice president of finance, Pam is responsible for our internal financials, ensuring our reports are accurate and efficient, while following updated tax laws and guidelines. She also supports all other functions of the finance team to best drive internal processes forward.
Prior to coming to MNJ in 2021, Pam developed an extensive background as a senior finance leader with a variety of companies, including Arthur J. Gallagher, Walgreens, and Baxter. She has over 25 years of accounting experience and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Her hobbies include biking, running, and spending time with her two Rough Collies.
Jamie Porter is MNJ’s senior director of marketing. Jamie’s priority focus is on meeting the needs of MNJ’s customers and partners. Jamie is responsible for the development of comprehensive marketing programs including events, social marketing, account-based marketing, and customer satisfaction research.
Prior to joining MNJ, Jamie served in various channel roles at Hewlett Packard for 14 years.
Jamie holds an MBA from Roosevelt University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Education from Elmhurst University. Jamie loves going on adventures with her husband and two daughters, reading, and embracing all that nature has to offer.
Vince Yarmoska is MNJ’s director of information technology. Vince is responsible for maintaining the security, uptime, and smooth operations of MNJ’s IT systems. Vince also plays a key role in identifying new technologies to keep MNJ ahead of the curve.
Prior to MNJ, Vince held a series of technical positions at LOGS Network and Aon Hewitt. He has over 14 years of experience in the IT field.
Vince holds an associate degree in Electronic Information Technology from the College of Lake County. Vince enjoys his growing family and has taught Kung-Fu for the past decade.
